  • 04. How often will I receive survey invitations?

    The frequency depends on your profile and the availability of surveys that match your criteria. Some users may receive a few surveys per week, while others might get invitations less frequently.

  • 05. What if I can't complete a survey?

    If you start a survey but can't finish it, you can save your progress (if the survey supports this feature) and come back later. If you no longer wish to participate, you can exit the survey, but keep in mind that partial or incomplete surveys usually won't earn you rewards.

  • 06. How do I earn rewards?

    You earn rewards by successfully completing surveys. Each survey has a specified number of reward points or a cash equivalent. Once you finish a survey and it passes our quality check, the rewards will be added to your account.​
